Richard is a Gunnai, Gunditjmarra Yorta Yorta man husband, father and grandfather.  Richard established Culturepreneur in 2014 to advance culturepreneurship and contribute to disrupt poverty and generate wealth for families wanting change.  

Culturepreneur has five principles:

5. At Peace

Our belief is by drawing out the Culturepreneurial spirit that exists within Indigenous communities; we can establish and grow Indigenous businesses that:
•	Creates jobs
•	Disrupts poverty and; 
•	Closes the wealth gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australia.
Our approach is to simply use the art of storytelling that increases the two way understanding of Culture Business and Business Culture.
