
Bio
Marian is a global connector with a focus on social impact, entrepreneurship, diversity & inclusion, and cultivating human potential. As Director of Development for Change Catalyst, she designs Tech Inclusion Programs to explore and develop innovative solutions to tech diversity and inclusion across the world. She is also responsible for designing innovative corporate philanthropy, sponsorship opportunities, and building foundation partnerships. Marian also serves on the advisory board to a Latin American EdTech company focusing on increasing reading comprehension in K-12 spanish speaking students. Previously she taught social entrepreneurship students at Hult International Business School, advised the World Bank on female entrepreneurship programs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), raised funds for capital campaigns at a K-12 school in San Francisco, and worked as an auditor for real estate investment funds, nonprofits, and retail. She enjoys cycling, yoga, and is part of philanthropic funds supporting education, environmental issues, poverty alleviation, economic opportunity and health in the SF Bay Area and at a global scale. She cares deeply about creating opportunities for all and sees that real change can only happen when all people are sitting at the table.
