Alexis also co-founded Reddit, sold it to Conde Nast, then returned in 2014 as Executive Chairman to help lead the turnaround of the now independent company. Reddit was last valued at $3B.

Before transitioning to Initialized Capital, she served as the VP of People & Culture at Reddit, helping grow the company from 70 to nearly 700 employees globally. She’s been credited with some of tech’s biggest game-changing parental inclusion initiatives.
