Leslie Feinzaig is Founder & CEO of the Female Founders Alliance, a national network with 20,000 founders, investors, partners and champions that collaborate to help women and non-binary startup leaders succeed. FFA offers programming, community, incubation, deal flow and investment opportunities, with a mission to increase the number of successful member founders 20 times over in 10 years or less. Leslie’s background is in technology and strategy consulting, with a BSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Leslie was named one of Forbes Magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Women from Central America & the Caribbean, Seattle Magazine’s Most Influential People, and Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. She’s a frequent speaker and published author. She was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica, and now lives in Seattle with her husband and their two daughters.

Jessica Eggert is the CEO & Co-Founder of LegUp, a platform connecting families with childcare centers. Jessica and her team are on a mission to make childcare accessible for all, ensuring childcare providers have the tools and resources they need to build sustainable businesses, and families have the care they need to find work-life balance.

Jessica is also the advisor for Ethel’s Club, the first social and digital club for people of color, and for the Female Founders Alliance, a community for women and non-binary startup founders.

 


 

Xiao Wang

Xiao Wang is the co-founder and CEO of Boundless, helping families navigate the complex legal immigration system more confidently, rapidly, and affordably than ever before. Prior to Boundless, he held leadership roles at Amazon Go, Providence Equity, NYC Department of Education, and McKinsey. Xiao holds a BA/MS from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He grew up in Bothell after emigrating from China and now lives in Seattle with his wonderful wife and charming cocker spaniel.
