
Bio
Navrina Singh is Director Business Development for Artificial Intelligence at Microsoft. She is responsible for product strategy and strategic partnerships to forge new businesses leveraging AI technologies. Prior to Microsoft, Navrina spent 12 years at Qualcomm Incorporated, where she held multiple roles across engineering, strategy and product management. Most recently she was the head of Qualcomm ImpaQt, technology incubator within company's Strategy and M&A organization, she was responsible for architecting a blueprint for innovation and partnerships to work with early stage startups in Machine Intelligence. Navrina is a Young Global Leader with World Economic Forum, for her work in technology, Startup ecosystem & Diversity and Inclusion. Navrina currently sits on the industry advisory board of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering/Electrical Engineering, the board of Hera Labs–a San Diego based business accelerator for women, the board of Alliance for Empowerment–a non-profit focused on empowering underserved groups through technology, and the Technology Council for FIRST Robotics–a non-profit focused on encouraging young people to experience and explore STEM education and careers. At Qualcomm, Navrina founded Qualcomm’s first women’s initiative called QWISE, Qualcomm Women in Science and Engineering, focused on personal and professional development of women and on building strong representation and pipeline of women in leadership roles. Navrina holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She currently lives in San Diego with her husband, her daughter and their shih-tzu puppy. She enjoys good food, good wine, hiking, swimming, and is a hardcore Packer’s and Badger’s fan.
