Betta is responsible for 2rbConsulting’s vision, strategic direction and overall performance. 

Prior to founding 2rbConsulting, Betta was a linguist and technologist. She began her career as a software developer and worked for startups in Silicon Valley as well as Fortune 500 companies from Washington, D.C., to Seattle. During this time, she progressed from software developer through many senior management roles to the executive level, while helping to grow companies from  privately held start-ups to a publicly traded global staffing industry leader. 

Prior to her career as a developer, Betta served in the United States Army Security Agency as an Intelligence Analyst/Cryptologic Linguist. Betta is the Chair of the Women Veterans Advisory Committee for the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Betta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Intelligence Analysis. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and is an active member of the Harvard Club of Seattle.
