Mike started his career at Amazon in 1999 as a Technical Program Manager, and now is the VP of our eCommerce Services group, which is responsible for a range of customer experience and services from sign-in and households to ordering and accounting. He has been part of the diversity development and training initiative in the larger eCommerce Platform organization, helping launch the eCP Unconscious Bias and Disruption Mechanisms training. He also is the executive sponsor of the Amazon People with Disabilities (AmazonPWD) affinity group, which helps create an inclusive workplace for Amazon employees with disabilities as well as working with Amazon partners on creating accessible products and services and increase the recruitment of people with disabilities. Outside of work he enjoys time with his wife and two sons, and, in the spirit of diversity, has both a cat and a dog.
