Scott has been living in the Seattle area and working in the Tech sector since 1999.  He spent 12 years working in ISP and datacenter hosting companies before switching to cross discipline leadership roles.  Scott is currently the CTO at Moz, Inc, a SaaS analytics company that offers tools for search marketers.  Moz is a strong advocate for diversity in the workplace and is an ally to organizations such as the Ada Developer Academy and YearUp.  Scott is focused on building on this foundation at Moz in service of expanding an engineering team that represents a real diversity of thought and approach to solving problems.
