Cheryl Ingram PhD is the CEO and Founder of Diverse City LLC. An diversity and inclusion consulting firm specializing in creating sustainable diversity and inclusion practices, policies, and strategies for organizations across the United States. Her clients currently include the Families and Youth Incorporated (Las Cruces, NM), University of Washington, Highline Public Schools, and Ada Developers Academy. Recently Diverse City LLC was selected as a finalist in the Greater Seattle Business Associations, New Business of the Year Award after just four months of being in business. She has been training and coaching in the area of multicultural studies for 15 years. She has written published articles addressing diversity and inclusion best practices. Cheryl has her Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Multicultural studies, a Master of Arts in Education, and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Cheryl has also been a professor of Multicultural Studies for 8 years and currently teaching courses at Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, WA. Cheryl has many passions related to social justice and equity. One of her passions is serving on the Board of Directors for Un-loop a national technical training program that addresses recidivism in prisons throughout Washington State.
