Charlotte is a west coast native growing up between the beaches of southern California and the mountains of southern Idaho. She graduated with a Degree in Communications from University of Washington and has spent the last 12 years in a variety of HR functions focused on Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to joining Concur in June 2016, she spent 10 ½ years with Alaska Airlines where she learned the importance of having a balanced focus on people and results. Now leading the Diversity and Inclusion efforts globally for Concur, her team is dedicated to ensuring that Concur is an employer where everyone can show up as their best self. Charlotte lives in Kirkland with her two young kiddos and husband and enjoys hitting the slopes in the winter and the soaking up the sun in the summer.
