David Harris is the Startup Advocate for the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development, where he plays matchmaker for tech startups through face to face meetings with entrepreneurs, updates resources on at StartupSeattle.com, and helps to empower organizations that work to connect the tech industry to youth, women, people of color, and the formerly incarcerated.
