Natalie has spent her career working at the intersection of technology and social impact. Natalie began working in the diversity and inclusion space via her work at Girls Who Code, where she helped scale the organization from a small nonprofit serving 20 girls in NYC to a national movement serving tens of thousands of girls across the country. Following her work at Girls Who Code, she worked in corporate responsibility at Adobe and now leads the global diversity and inclusion strategy at Pivotal Software in San Francisco. Natalie currently resides in Oakland, after spending the past 10 years working abroad and on both coasts. Natalie graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a degree in sociology.
