Trier-Lynn Bryant is a dedicated, action-focused leader with distinctive Tech, Wall Street, and military performance, delivering first-rate results in complex and demanding environments. She is a sound professional with exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills that allow the development of strong rapport with individuals on all levels. Trier has a versatile background with international experience; she embodies contagious enthusiasm coupled with relentless work ethic. Currently, Trier is responsible for delivering a best-in-class recruiting function to build a pipeline of high-quality diverse talent by identifying, attracting, and developing candidates from campus for Twitter. In this role, Trier built Twitter's first dedicated diversity team that increased black and Hispanic/Latinx student hires by 400% plus women student hires by 86%. Prior to joining Twitter in February 2016, Trier was Vice President at Goldman Sachs responsible for developing and executing the firm’s diversity talent acquisition strategy across 15 functions for both experienced hires and students. She crafted an innovative vision for HBCUs increasing presence on campus from 3 to 109 schools while streamlining campus activities increasing hires 82%. Additionally, Trier developed the first experienced hire diversity-focused sourcing strategy utilizing internal and external technology to identify 575+ black and Hispanic/Latinx candidates yielding 11 senior hires. Trier earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Spanish from the United States Air Force Academy.
