As Director of Global Operations for the Founder Institute, Ryan leads operations for the world’s largest early-stage startup accelerator, helping scale the organization from 40 to 175 cities, building a network of 9,000 mentors & creating 2,500 startup companies worldwide. Ryan is the Director for the flagship Silicon Valley chapter and has personally helped create over 100 startup companies. Ryan is also the cofounder of Vet-Tech, the nation’s leading startup accelerator for military veterans, which helps veterans access Silicon Valley resources such as Funding, Mentorship and Corporate Partners.

Prior to Founder Institute, Ryan cofounded Shield Corps Security, a leading private security firm in the Bay Area that provides security for Google, Twitter, Uber, Superbowl 50, Nike, and many other Fortune 500 companies, including the largest redevelopment project in San Francisco’s history, the SF Shipyard.

Mr. Micheletti graduated from Stanford's Graduate School of Business' Executive Entrepreneurship Program & holds a BS in Finance from SJSU. Ryan served as a Staff Sergeant in the California Guard trained in Emergency Communications & Search and Rescue.
