Brooke Hinton is an innovative and new-minded consumer research and strategy professional with a passion for delving into the depths of the female psyche. Brooke brings a genuine passion and empathy for true understanding to all research design. As Research and Insights Manager at Refinery29, she manages all research and measurement elements for Refinery29's branded content clients, including developing Refinery29's proprietary insights panel and branded content measurement campaigns. Brooke also develops thought leadership ideation and execution to explore the need states, motivations and behaviors of Refinery29's core audience - young women. Before joining the Refinery29 Research team, Brookeshape shifted various research projects into corporate strategy at Saks, Inc. and Macy’s, Inc. At Saks, she helped spearhead a fresh approach to customer acquisition and segmentation. She was also instrumental in formalizing the strategy behind a revamped loyalty program. During her time at Macy’s, Inc., she elevated industry market trends into larger corporate strategy recommendations and initiatives. Brooke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
