Liz Gray is a seasoned executive with expertise in consumer insights, cultural analysis and strategic marketing. She brings a strong track record of generating revenue streams and working on high profile, innovative business initiatives within the consumer, entertainment, sports and research industries. Currently President of TFQ Strategy at The Female Quotient, Liz is responsible for collaborating with forward thinking brands that are dedicated to impacting the future of equality by providing them with the tools they need to authentically be part of the conversation. These tools include consumer and cultural insights as well as new metrics of accountability for equality in media and entertainment. Prior to The Female Quotient, Liz Gray was President of Trendera, a leading research, consulting and trend analysis company specializing in understanding and interpreting the attitudes and behaviors of Gen X and Gen Y. Liz has worked on partnership deals with such clients as ESPN, HBO, Nike, NBC, Microsoft and The Gap. Liz began her sales and marketing career at ESPN, Conde Nast and Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in market research and advertising sales. Liz is a graduate of The University of Richmond, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology.
