A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Ryan began his career as an analyst on the FX sales desk at Goldman Sachs. He left Goldman in the summer of 2014 to launch Jopwell.com alongside former coworker and Yale graduate Porter Braswell. An online platform that connects minority candidates with top tier companies for internships and employment, Jopwell is the natural evolution of Ryan’s commitment to corporate diversity and inclusion. At Jopwell, he is focused on building a strong pipeline of talented, diverse candidates from across the country.
