Dominique is a 15+ years publc relations and communications professional, with successes in media, social media, and crisis management.   Her native fluency in Spanish enabled her to also specialize in multicultural campaigns for agencies, as well as Fortune 100 and 500 companies.  

Since returning to Nashville, Dominique has directed her career towards her passion of Diversity and Inclusion.   Marrying her PR background to her D&I work, allows her to specialize in employer branding, cultural crisis & reputation management, and HR diversity fulfillment.  She currently works with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, as the Diversity Coordinator.  

She is also the founder of DiversityNashville.com, a resource for diversity topics and events, in Nashville.  As a consultant, Dominique helps startups create strong pitch decks and packaging to prepare for fundraising rounds, as well as connecting diverse investors to diverse startups.
