I am a business leader with a voice, vision and passion for inclusion and social impact enterprise. For more than 20 years, I have led a team of professionals at Ibis Communications, a branding and marketing solutions firm specializing in diversity and inclusion whose portfolio of clients represents a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, automobile, insurance, energy, and cable and television media.  Via the Global Diversity Leadership Exchange, a member of the United Nations Global Impact, I facilitate an ongoing dialogue on cultural connections at the “Intersection of Inclusion and Sustainability” for a multinational network of senior executives of blue chip companies, futurists, and thought leaders in the global economy.  As board member of two prominent business organizations, I represent the growth and development interests of more than 350,000 businesses in the United States.  As a strategic advisor to businesses, I provide consulting and board governance with a focus on values-based, mission-driven market opportunity, innovation, leadership, and development.
