Leith Mitchell is a Change Catalyst Associate and the Director of Mitchell Services, bringing unparalleled business experience to the Diversity and Inclusion agenda. Leith has held AsiaPacific, UK, Growth Market and Global executive roles in her 15 year Human Capital Management Consulting career at PwC & IBM- leading clients through large transformational change initiatives across countries and cultures. For IBM, Leith led Gender, and People with Disability initiatives for over 50 countries and developed IBM's Global Diversity Recruitment strategy to attract women to IT careers. Leith delivers inclusive leader coaching to Boards & Executive Teams, and has facilitated the Diversity & Inclusion series for the Infrastructure industry including clients such as AECOM, Aurizon, Energex, Laing O’Rourke, QLD Urban Utilities, QLD Main Roads & Transport, Robert Walters, Brisbane City Council, Energex, DEWS, QPSC, Port of Townsville, PwC Townsville, Ergon Energy & Townsville Council launching the Diversity in Infrastructure Industry Group. She has worked with AECOM to develop the D&I strategy and deliver Inclusive Leadership to Top 100 Leaders. Mitchell Services has delivered inclusive leadership sessions to LGAQ, Ipswich City Council, SEQWater and was the Project Lead for QLD Government Office for Womens’ inaugural Women’s Week; Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement Mechanisms for the QLD Women’s Strategy, also advising Queensland Public Service Commission. Mitchell Services has delivered unconscious bias/ inclusive recruiting education to Boston Consulting Group AsiaPacific Recruitment. She has facilitated strategy for several startups, and designed/ chaired Women in IT Leadership Hack for the Australian Computer Society. Leith is also a Senior Associate for Diversity Partners, developing Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and delivering Board & EXCO inclusive leadership workshops to Unitywater, Transpower, Bank of Queensland, NSW Treasury Corp, Ergon Energy, Transurban, Challenger Finance, BHP Coal, Asciano, Domino’s, Xero, QSuper, Rio Tinto, Downer & contributed to Credositys’ Diversity & Inclusion tool.
