A social inclusion warrior, Tegan’s commitment is evidenced in her extensive work in the community, corporate and government sectors. She’s proud to say she’s worked with many of the people in this room today to ensure the most underrepresented in our society have a voice.

At the core of her passion for social inclusion is the belief that if you start with a problem and centre the people experiencing it in what you do, then you can’t go wrong. Couple this with genuine cross-sector collaboration and Tegan believes we have an untapped superpower to create real, lasting social change.

Tegan is currently a Strategy Lead in the Smart City Office at the City of Melbourne and focuses on supporting start-ups to make Melbourne more awesome.
