Valeria is the Co-CEO & Founder of DCC Jobs (DCC). DCC is Australia’s only job site which pre-screens employers based on their policies and initiatives around supporting women in the workplace. DCC turn down around 10% of employers who apply to advertise jobs, because they don’t meet our criteria. DCC lists employer information which is not publicly available anywhere else, including amount of paid parental leave on offer, support for equal pay, flexible working arrangements, employee engagement scores plus more. 

Winners of the 2017 Victorian Innovation Minister’s Diversity Award, 2017 & 2016 Tech Diversity awards in Media & Advertising,  finalists in the 2015 ARN Women in ICT Awads in the Innovation category, and listed as SE100 top Social Entrepreneurs and Innovators globally, the DCC team regularly participate in advocacy events on gender diversity, run community meet-ups and corporate social responsibility activities such as Superhero Daughter Day, an event designed to get girls aged 5-12 excited about careers in STEM.
