Embarking on his journey and establishing himself in Australia has proved beneficial to Aiman in many respects. From a theoretical perspective and life experiences, Aiman acquired the foundations and requisite skill set to bring his dream of business and entrepreneurship to life. Aiman prides himself on design-led thinking, teamwork and producing an innovative solution. Aiman’s journey with Mo Works Creative Agency has undoubtedly served as the catalyst for his Digital skills. Possessing the heart and soul of entrepreneurial innovation Aiman - together with his brother Mo - founded Hatch Quarter in November 2015 bringing with them their unwavering determination and a relentless passion for entrepreneurship. Facilitating an open and accessible place for entrepreneurs to innovate, share ideas and connect is the goal. Hatch Quarter works with entrepreneurs to help those who have an idea and a demonstrable capacity, passion and drive to turn that idea into a business but need some support, advice or mentorship. Driven by a passion to educate and guide migrants and refugees along with their startup journey he founded the International Entrepreneur in Australia Meetup. The IEA Meetup group was created as an initiative to support newly-arrived Australians and allow them to integrate into a local professional network that the brothers needed when they arrived. It has now connected with more than 2400 IEA members and recording impressive resume of events, seminars and workshops. This group is now supported by LaunchVic as hatch Quarter was a round three grant winner. Aiman is passionate about innovation, business and impact. He is always looking for opportunities to achieve business growth while aligning vision with strategies.
