Tech Inclusion London

Tech Inclusion events bring the local tech industry together to drive solutions to diversity and inclusion: executives, hiring managers, human resources, data scientists, educators, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and diversity and inclusion advocates.

Together we'll discuss the current state of diversity and inclusion in London, then focus on solutions: what's working now, what else is needed, and how each of us can contribute to developing a more inclusive tech economy. We'll explore inclusive and accessible products, company culture change, diverse hiring and increasing the diversity of the talent pipeline, inclusive startups and venture capital, policy and advocacy, artificial intelligence and the future of technology …. and more.

What will we each do to ensure that we are driving an inclusive future for everyone?

There is no other conference like this. Come connect and collaborate with other people who care, deepen your understanding of the issues, and take away solutions you can implement immediately. Tech Inclusion events are a safe, innovative and accessible space for people across every gender, race, ethnicity, religion, country of origin, sexual orientation, visible and invisible ability, and age, as well as veterans and people formerly incarcerated. Our Code of Conduct will be visible and enforced.

We work hard to make our events accessible to everyone – the venue is accessible; we'll have a Mother's Room and all-gender/all-people restrooms; we'll have seats up front and in the middle reserved for wheelchairs, people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or visually impaired;  we'll have live captioning at each stage and ASL interpreters onsite; there will be vegan, dairy free and gluten free food options.

Hearing Assist services are provided, as well as CART captioning. If you need an ASL interpreter, volunteer guide, have other accessibility or dietary needs we'll do our best – please let us know when you RSVP!
