Having a background in psychology and a lifelong interest in autism, I was honoured to launch Auticon's UK operations two years ago.

Auticon is an award-winning IT and compliance consulting business. We are the first enterprise to exclusively employ autistic adults as consultants, and to deploy their strengths in clients’ IT projects. 

Having both autistic and non-autistic professionals in mixed project teams opens up new perspectives and will often significantly improve work output.
