He brings over a decade of progressive experience in the IT industry to his role as the Executive and thought leader responsible for CSD’s global technology strategy, positioning CSD as a premier provider of innovative services. With 10 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, Willie’s intensive knowledge of Under his direction are the Enterprise Services, Software Development, Product Innovation, and Project Management teams. Willie also oversees the security and privacy of CSD’s technology infrastructure. Serving on the FCC Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) V and Working Group I on Evolving 911 Services subcommittees.
