The Tech Inclusion Movement Lives On
For six years, the Empovia (formerly Change Catalyst) team brought Tech Inclusion to more than 28,000 attendees in 50 countries. From San Francisco to New York and Melbourne to London, together we built a movement to drive real social change. The pandemic put a stop to in-person events. Our momentum shifted online. While nothing can replace an in-person connection, online programming enables almost universal accessibility – allowing more people across regions, ability, and other qualities to participate.
After careful consideration, we’re discontinuing Tech Inclusion events. Our team is instead focusing on strengthening our communities through our various virtual programs.
We’re so thankful for hundreds of volunteers, team members, speakers, and sponsors without whom Tech Inclusion events couldn’t have happened.

Leading With Empathy & Allyship Show
Join us each week for deep, real conversations about how we can all lead the change in our workplaces and communities. In intimate conversations with advocates, activists, and allies, host Melinda Briana Epler provides a safe space to learn, build empathy for each other, and understand tangible actions we can all take to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
Icon Project
