A seasoned technologist and serial entrepreneur, Danny Allen has been able to turn a passion for change into an assignment at SAP Labs in Tech Diversity; dedicated to finding a self-sustaining method for improving ethnic inclusion via the natural complement to corporate profitability, with emphasis on software engineering and design. His focus on partnership and collaboration, internally and with our SAP ecosystem and talent development centers, align three areas: Supply (Talent pipeline development and sourcing) Demand (Talent outreach, needs exposure and best practice sharing) Legislative (Government policy input and partnering). Danny is also a co-chair of the Corporate Inclusion and Diversity Consortium based in Silicon Valley and comprised of over 37 corporate members.
